Project summary
The importance of open science practices (OSPs) in research is increasingly recognized, but adoption of these practices is still limited in the medical and life science fields. To stimulate wider adoption it is essential to equip the next-generation researchers with knowledge about the philosophy of open science, alongside practical training in the use of OSPs. With this project we will develop and disseminate a course targeted at PhD-students working at university medical centres (UMCs) in the Netherlands.
Impact
This will enable early career researchers to apply these practices in their work and accelerate a broader adoption of OSPs within UMCs.
